► Immunization with amolimogene induces T cells specific to HPV in HSIL subjects. ► Amolimogene expresses T cell epitopes from E6/E7 proteins of HPV types 16 and 18. ► 7 of 11 subjects with amolimogene induced HPV 16/18 T cells, responded to HPV 6/11. ► An HPV 18 T cell line can recognize the HPV 11 peptide used in our studies.
