Overview of asparaginase treatment scenarios in the decision-tree model. Two scenarios were modelled, according to potential clinical options for first-line and second-line (in case of hypersensitivity) asparaginase treatment in the UK. Current therapy strategy: pegaspargase followed by Erwinia asparaginase. Old therapy strategy: native asparaginase followed by Erwinia asparaginase.
