High CHAF1B expression was negatively correlated with prognosis of LUAD patients and regulated cisplatin sensitivity. Whole proteome chips showed chat there are 657 significantly changed protein, of which 312 significantly up-regulated protein, and 345 significantly down-regulated protein.
