ND-FISH of wheat-rye 6R and wheat- 6R substitution lines and their hybrid progenies , . The probes Oligo-pSc119.2 (green) + Oligo-pTa535 (red) to , and Oligo-pSc119.2 (green) + Oligo-pTa535 (red) + Oligo-pSc200 (red) were used for FISH. Seven regions of the 6R chromosome and 10 for 6R chromosome are indicated in the ideogram . Green and red bands on chromosome 6R and 6R represent Oligo-pSc119.2 and Oligo-pSc200 signals, respectively. Bar, 10 μm
