BackgroundThe Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research Resident Scholar Program (RSP) supports academically promising anesthesiology residents to attend mentoring seminars at the American Society of Anesthesiologists annual meeting. The objective of this study was to describe the career paths of RSP participants.
