ObjectivesTo test agreement and define differences in periodic limb movements in sleep (PLMS) measured by polysomnography and an ankle activity monitor, and to describe PLMS variability across nights, feasibility of home monitoring, and correlates of PLMS in children with sickle cell disease (SCD).
