BackgroundA previous study at the GHESKIO HIV clinic confirmed that highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) prophylaxis reduced mother-to-child transmission (MTCT) and infant mortality in Haiti. This analysis looks at maternal outcomes in this cohort after delivery.
