BackgroundTosedostat is a novel oral aminopeptidase inhibitor with clinical activity in a previous phase I/II study in elderly patients with relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukaemia (RR AML). We present the results of a randomised phase II study comparing two dosing regimes of tosedostat.
