ObjectivesTo assess the computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) accuracy for demonstrating possible non-cardiovascular causes of non-acute retrosternal chest pain in patients without known coronary artery disease (CAD) and to correlate CTCA results with the patient management and relief from pain.
