Simple SummaryProphylactic or therapeutic administration of a 0.1% mixture containing ascorbic acid (AA) and a solid dispersion of curcumin (CUR) with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and boric acid (BA) (AA-CUR/PVP-BA) significantly reduced the concentration of Salmonella Enteritidis in broiler chickens and had a positive effect in slightly diminishing the negative impact of necrotic enteritis (NE).
