IntroductionLong-lasting arterial hypertension causes left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and impairs left ventricular diastolic function. Our aim was to compare echocardiographic parameters between hypertensive patients defined as dippers and non-dippers during ambulatory blood pressure (BP) monitoring.
