Treatment of fifth metacarpal neck fractures with antegrade single elastic intramedullary nailing

BackgroundThe aim of this study was to investigate clinical outcomes of fifth metacarpal neck fractures using antegrade single elastic nail and to explore ideal puncture point to avoid iatrogenic ulnar nerve injury.
