ObjectivesPhysical inactivity has been associated with the rising incidence of lifestyle-related non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in developing countries, and has thus become a cause for global concern. There is documented evidence of an increase in physical inactivity, sedentary behaviours and other risk factors among male adolescents.
