ObjectiveTo evaluate whether the surgical resection or aspiration with ethanol sclerotherapy (AEST) of endometrioma before in vitro fertilization (IVF) affect controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) and IVF outcome in the infertilie women with endometroma undergoing IVF.
