目的 对黑加仑提取物的致突变性和亚急性毒性进行评价,为黑加仑提取物的进一步开发利用提供依据.方法 设1.25、2.5和5.0g/kg体重3个剂量观察对小鼠骨髓细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形的影响.设0.625、1.25、2.5g/kg体重3个剂量,观察亚急性毒性.结果 各剂量组各项指标均未见有明显的亚急性毒性.各剂量组对小鼠未见有明显的致突变性.结论 在本实验条件下,黑加仑提取物无致突变性和亚急性毒性.%Objective To evaluate the mutagenicity and sub-acute toxicity, giving evidence for further exploitation and using of the extract from blackcurrant.Methods 3 different dose groups with 1.25, 2.5 and 5.0g/Kg were set for observing the influence on micronucleus of bone marrow cells and sperm abnormalities in mice. A sub-acute toxic study was performed by setting 3 different dose groups with 0.625, 1.25, 2.5 g/Kg. Results There were no obvious mutagenicity and sub-acute toxicity in all treated groups. Conclusions Under this experimental condition, the extract from blackcurrant had no mutagenicity and sub-acute toxicity.
