急性职业性手外伤患者生活质量现状及影响因素研究

摘要

目的：通过调查急性职业性手外伤患者的生活质量现状及影响因素，为制定合理科学的护理措施提供理论依据。方法采用生活质量评定量表和简明损伤定级标准中的上肢损伤评分表作为测查工具，对绍兴市两所医院194例手外伤患者进行问卷调查，所得数据作统计分析。结果手外伤患者生活质量得分显著低于常模；不同损伤程度、文化程度、婚姻状况患者生活质量的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05或0.01）。结论急性职业性手外伤患者的生活状态堪忧，不同文化程度、损伤状态及婚姻状况的患者在生理和心理健康方面存在严重问题，医护人员应为患者提供适当的心理支持和健康教育，提高患者的生活质量，以促进其身心健康并早日康复。%Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients with acute work- related hand injury and the related in-fluence factors. Methods A survey was carried out in 194 patients with work- related hand injury from two hospitals in Shaoxing city. The Medical Outcomes Study Short Form- 36 and Abbreviated Injury Scale- upper limb injury score were adopted in the sur-vey. Results The quality of life scores of patients with hand injury were significantly lower than those of the norm. The degree of injury, educational background and marriage status affected the quality of life significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion The quality of life in patients with hand injury is general y low, psychological support and health education are necessary for them to improve the quality of life and to promote physical and mental rehabilitation.
