小儿危重病护理评分在小儿危重病护理中的应用

摘要

Objective] To explore the nursing evaluation method for children with critical care in the intervention of nursing in-tervention .[Method] 80 cases of critically ill children were randomly divided into study group and control group ,40 cases in each ,the control group was treated with routine nursing ,and the research group was treated with the nursing score of critical ill-ness .The clinical effect of these two groups were compared ,and the incidence of adverse reaction in study group was observed , and the mortality rate of these two groups were calculated .[Result]The total effective rate of study group was significantly high-er than that of control group ( P<0.05 ) ,and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower ( P<0.05 );the mortality rate was not significantly different as compare to the control group( P >0.05) .[Conclusion] Among critically ill children ,the ap-plication of pediatric critical care score method can better evaluate the severity of illness ,the implementation of targeted nursing measures ,not only increase the treatment effect significantly ,but also improve the satisfaction of children’s family .%目的：探讨小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿危重病护理的干预指导。方法：选取危重患儿80例，按收治顺序将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组患儿行常规护理，研究组根据小儿危重病护理评分结果对患儿采取针对性的护理措施。比较2组患儿临床治疗效果、观察组患儿各分值阶段的不良反应发生率，统计2组患儿死亡率和患儿家属护理满意度。结果：研究组总有效率、总满意度均显著高于对照组（ P＜0.05）；不良反应率明显低于对照组（ P＜0.05）；死亡率与对照组无差别（ P＞0.05）。结论：在危重患儿中应用小儿危重病护理评分法，可以较好地评估患儿病情严重程度，实施针对性的护理措施，在显著提高治疗效果的同时，还能提高患儿家属对护理人员的满意度。
