拓展备自投功能实现合解环操作的应用分析与探讨

摘要

The electromagnetic looped networks do harm to safe and stable operation of power grid, and the change of power flow causes mismatch of relay protection during loop closing and breaking in power grid. Therefore, the paper proposes to implement automatic loop breaking after manual loop closing by adoption of mature technology and backup hardware and software and function expansion; furthermore, it analyzes the feasibility and presents the design scheme.%电网合解环操作中存在电磁环网危害电网安全稳定运行、潮流改变引起继电保护失配等问题，由此提出利用备自投成熟的技术和备用软/硬件，通过拓展其功能，在人工合环后实现自动解环以解决合解环问题的设想，并进行了可行性分析，给出了设计方案。
