1030 MW机组汽轮机汽门调试中出现的问题分析

摘要

During steam valves commissioning of 1 030 MW unit steam turbine, abnormities due to control logic, equipment installation and oil quality control are detected in the commissioning work and finally get e-liminated through analysis and treatment. After test on fast shutdown time, it is proved that all the steam valves can meet the requirements; moreover, suggestions on equipment delivery, document handover, oil quality control, field installation and commissioning are given in this paper.%在进行某1030 MW机组汽轮机汽门调试时，发现由于控制逻辑、设备安装与油质控制等问题导致调门工作多次出现异常，分析和处理后问题得到了解决，经汽门快关时间测试，各汽门均满足相关要求，在设备出厂、资料交付、油质控制、现场安装与调试等方面给出了相应建议。
