Full life cycle management of power transmission and transformation equipment means much to re-liability planning of power system. By introduction of equipment life cycle of failure rate models are estab-lished respectively in accordance with different stages of equipment operation such as earlier operation period, normal operation period and accelerated aging period. By comparing simulation results of aged equipment un-availability, this paper proves feasibility of sequential Monte Carlo simulation and comparatively analyzes two reliability evaluation methods for equipment failure rate.%电力系统输变电设备的全寿命周期管理对于电力系统可靠性规划具有重要的意义。在介绍设备全寿命周期基础上,按设备投运的不同阶段,分别建立了投运早期、常态运行期和加速老化期的故障率模型,对比了设备老化不可用率的仿真结果,验证了序贯蒙特卡洛仿真的可行性,对比分析了2种适用于设备故障率的可靠性评估方法。
