螺旋CT对胃癌的诊断价值

摘要

目的探讨螺旋CT对胃癌诊断的价值。方法回顾分析我院1998年1月至1999年8月79例胃癌低张水充盈螺旋CT扫描的临床资料。结果病变检出率100％，定性准确率94.9％，分期准确性88.1％。结论螺旋CT对进展期胃癌具有重要诊断价值，在范围及深度等定位诊断上可弥补胃镜的不足，且比常规CT有较大优越性。%Objective To investigate the significance of spiral CT in diagnosing gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data and spiral CT of 79 gastric cancer cases (1998.1-1999.8) were reviewed.Results 100％ lesions were discovered.The rate of qualitative accuracy and stage accuracy were 94.9％ and 88.1％ respectively.Conclusion Spiral CT was of high value in diagnosing gastric cancer,and was better than gastroscope in demonstrating three-dimension of cancer.
