应用聚丙烯网片修补腹壁切口疝

摘要

目的总结应用聚丙烯网片修补腹壁切口疝的体会。方法应用聚丙烯网片修补11例切口疝及3例复发性切口疝。14例切口疝的缺损先丝线缝合腹膜及疝环周边的筋膜、肌层及腱膜，固定网片于筋膜浅面，加强切口腹壁。结果均治愈，无近期切口感染等并发症，随访3～54月无复发。结论应用聚丙烯网片修补腹壁切口疝简便易行，可以降低切口缝合张力，加强腹壁强度。%Objective To investigate the efficacy of prolene mesh in treating incisional hernia.Methods Prolene mesh was used to repair 14 cases of incisional hernia in abdominal wall,and 3 of them were recurrent incisional hernia.Results All were healed without immediate infection of incisional wound.When they were followed for 3～54 months,none of them had recurrent incisional hernia.Conclusion Prolene mesh was effective in treating incisional hernia and easy to process.
