Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy( MPCNL) with holmium laser lithotripsy under X - Ray guidance for treatment of renal calculi. Methods The clinical data of 61 cases of renal calculi treated by MPCNL with holmium laser lithotripsy under X - Ray guidance were analyzed retrospectively. Results 59 cases were treated in one - stage. 2 cases were treated in two - times. All cases finished operation smoothly. The operation time was ranged from 30 to 120mins, with an average of 65mins. 53 cases achieved stone -free or a state of residual stone smaller than 4 mm. 8 cases residual stones were larger than 5 mm which did not lead to collective system obstruction. Three of them passageed stones after ESWL and the other did not accept any other treatment. Conclusions MPCNL with holmium laser lithotripsy under X - Ray guidance for treatment of renal calculi has the advantages of high efficacy reliability 、safety、minimal invasiveness、 less haemorrhage and rapid recovery. It is worthy of popularization.%目的 评价X线引导下微通道经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石取石术治疗肾结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析61例X线引导下微通道经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石取石术治疗肾结石患者的临床资料.结果 59例一期取石治疗成功,2例行二次取石治疗,手术过程顺利.手术时间30～120min,平均65min.结石全部清除或留有<4mm残余碎片53例,肾残留碎石>5mm但不影响尿流8例(其中3例后行ESWL结石排出,5例未作特殊处理).结论 X线引导下微通道经皮肾穿刺钬激光碎石取石术具有高效、可靠、安全、损伤小、出血少及恢复快等优点.
