Objective To discuss the method and effect of eardrum endoscope treating chronic suppurative otitis. Methods 72 cholesteatomatous cases were treated with appropriate operation style according to the endoscope examination result. Results 42 cases were treated with radical mastoidectomy, 16 cases with radical mastoidotomy without cutting the bridge or canal wall mastoidotomy, 14 cases with tympanoplasty. All the cases were dry ear after half a year and no cholesteatoma recurrence. Only 2 cases had vertigo with nausea and vomit. Conclusion Eardrum endoscope treating chronic suppurative otitis has good effet while the operation process should be strictly controlled.%目的 探讨耳内窥镜在手术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎中的使用方法及效果.方法 对72例慢性胆脂瘤型化脓性中耳炎进行中耳内窥镜探查,根据术中探查结果选择相应术式.结果 42耳行开放式乳突根治术,16耳仅行保留骨桥乳突根治术或完壁式乳突根治术,14耳同时行鼓室成型术.所有患耳手术半年后均干耳,随访期间患耳均无胆脂瘤复发,仅2耳术后即出现眩晕,伴恶心、呕吐症状.结论 中耳内窥镜在治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎手术中具有良好疗效.
