超声综合参数在慢性心力衰竭患者预后评估中的意义

摘要

Objective To evaluate the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure patients applying heart failure echocardiography Index (HFEI) ,which is consisted of several valuable echocardiography parameters and to evaluate its function in predicting prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 118 patients with chronic heart failure and 21cases of non -heart failure were chosen. Every patients were scored by HFEI, classified by New York Heart function. And the CHF patients were followed up to observe the end point of death and all hospitalizations with heart failure decompensation. Results The HFEI score of CHF group was significantly higher than non - CHF groups and increased with New York Heart functional class gradually,the difference was statistically significant. The HFEI score of patients who died of heart failure and of re - admission group higher than that in the survival group; And it was one of independent predictors for the occurrence of cardiovascular events in patients with heart failure. Conclusion The HFEI is a reliable indicator of evaluation of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure,and can be used for prognosis predicting of patients with heart failure.%目的 运用综合超声心动图多项参数的心力衰竭超声指数(HFEI)评价慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的整体心脏功能,并初步探讨HFEI在慢性心力衰竭患者CHF预后评估中的价值.方法 选择CHF患者118例和非CHF患者21例,运用HFEI评分,进行心功能分级;对CHF组患者进行随访,观察终点为全因死亡和因CHF恶化再入院.结果 CHF组HFEI明显高于对照组,并随纽约心功能分级增高而升高.死亡组与再入院组HFEI高于无事件生存组;HFEI为心力衰竭患者终点事件发生的独立预测因素.结论 HFEI可作为综合评价CHF患者心功能的可靠指标,并可用于CHF患者的预后评估
