早产儿感染血胃泌素和胃动素水平的动态变化

         

摘要

Objective To explore the influence from infection to gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)levels in preterm infants. Methods 30 infected preterm infants(VLBWI,gestational age<37week,weight>1500g. Their critical level including>90,15;70-90,12;and<70,3)were enrolled in this study. At the same time,20 preterm infants were included as the control group(LBWI gestational age<37week,weight>1500g.). Their GAS and MOT were measured by radio-immunoassy when Preterm infants was admitted to the hospital and after a 7-days treatment of VLBWI Results 1. The blood MOT levels at initiation and after a 7-days treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P1<0.05,P2<0.05). The GAS levels at initiation in VLBWI showed significant higger(P<0.05)than LBWI. However,that did not reach statistic difference (P>0.05)in the measure of 7-days treatment. 2. Significant correlations were found between the GAS and MOT levels and the critical levels. Conclusions The infection influenced the GAS and MOT levels in preterm infants and this influence is affected by the critical level of preterm infants. Perhaps the dynamic GAS and MOT levels are the sensitive indexes in reflecting the inflection situation in preterm infants.%  目的探讨早产儿感染对血胃泌素(GAS)和胃动素(MOT)水平的影响。方法用放射免疫法分别测定30例感染早产儿(观察组)和20例无感染早产儿(对照组)入院时、治疗7d后的血GAS、MOT水平。结果(1)观察组早产儿入院时、出院前MOT水平明显低于对照组早产儿(P<0.05),入院时GAS水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),出院前GAS水平与对照组差异无统计学意义。(2)观察组MOT水平变化与危重评分呈正相关;GAS水平变化与危重评分呈负相关。结论早产儿感染影响血GAS、MOT水平,GAS和MOT水平的动态变化可作为早产儿感染、消化状况的指标之一。
