冠心病患者血浆可溶性血小板膜糖蛋白V（sGPV）的变化及意义

摘要

目的观察冠心病患者中可溶性血小板膜糖蛋白V（sGPV）含量的变化并探讨其意义。方法用ELISA法分别测定50例冠心病患者的sGPV和sPs（可溶性P-选择水平素），同时以冠状动脉造影正常13例作为对照组，进行相关统计学比较分析。结果 sGPV：SA、UA、AMI冠心病三组患者与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），而冠心病三组间差异无统计学意义。sPs：UA组、AMI组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；UA组、AMI组与SA组以及UA组与AMI组差异也有统计学意义（P<0.01）；SA组与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论 sGPV可以作为血小板活化初期的敏感指标。%　　Objective To explore the change of soluble platelet glycoprotein V(sGPV)in coronary heart disease(CHD)and the the clinical significance Results sGPV,soluble P-selection(sPs)were measured by ezyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA), Results in 50 patients with CHD,and 13 control subjects. Results①sGPV sGPV in patients with CHD were higher than those in normal subjects(P<0.01)and were not significantly different each groups with CHD(P>0.05)②sPs Except the sPs level was not significantly different between patients with stable angina(SA)and control subjects,the other differences were all significant (P<0.001)Conclusion The present study suggests that sGPV has very important clinical value on platelet activation.
