两种前列腺手术患者生存质量及性功能影响的比较

摘要

Objective To observe the influence of transurethral resection of prostate for the life quality and sexual function state of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 59 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated with transurethral resection of prostate from February 2011 to November 2012 were selected as observation group,59 patients who were treated with open operation at the same time were the control group,then the life quality and sexual function state of two groups were evaluated with IIEF-5score,CIPE-5 score and BPHQLS score before the operation and at third and sixth month after the operation. Results The IIEF-5score,CIPE-5 score and BPHQLS score of observation group at third and sixth month after the operation were all better than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The transurethral resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is more applicable than open operation,and its less influence on the postoperative life quality and sexual function state is more active.%目的：观察经尿道前列腺电切术对前列腺增生患者生存质量及性功能的影响。方法对采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的59例前列腺增生患者（观察组）与采用开放性手术治疗的59例患者（对照组）术后生存质量与性功能状态，分别采用IIEF-5量表、CIPE-5量表及BPHQLS量表进行评估。结果观察组手术治疗后3个月、6个月的IIEF-5量表、CIPE-5量表及BPHQLS量表评分均优于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论经尿道前列腺电切术在前列腺增生患者中的应用价值高于开放性手术，对患者术后生存质量及性功能的影响更小。
