CREMτ在睾丸扭转复位后生精功能损伤中的作用

         

摘要

Objective The cAMP-responsive element modulator-τ(CREMτ)is an essential transcription factor for spermatogenesis. This study investigated role of CREMτ in spermatogenic injury after testicular torsion-detorsion.Methods Twenty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups,each containing 10 rats. Ten rats in control group underwent a sham operation of left testes. Ten rats in torsion-detorsion group received 1 hour of left testicular torsion. All rats underwent orchiectomy at 3 months after repair of torsion for analysis of testicular CREMτ expression and spermatogenesis.Results Unilateral testicular torsion-detorsion caused significant reduction in CREMτ expression in ipsilateral testes. The spermatogenesis in ipsilateral testes was also seriously injured.Conclusion Impairment of spermatogenesis after testicular torsion-detorsion may be due to reduction in CREMτ expression.%目的 环磷酸腺苷反应元件调控因子τ(CREMτ)是精子发生必不可少的转录因子.本研究探讨CREMτ在睾丸扭转复位后生精功能损伤中的作用.方法 20只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为两组,每组10只.对照组大鼠左侧睾丸假手术.扭转复位组大鼠左侧睾丸扭转, 1h后复位.复位后3个月,行睾丸切除术,分析睾丸CREMτ表达和生精功能. 结果 单侧睾丸扭转复位引起同侧睾丸CREMτ表达显著降低,同侧睾丸的生精功能也严重损伤.结论 睾丸扭转复位后生精功能损伤可能归因于CREMτ表达降低.
