丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effi cacy of dl-3-butylphthalide capsule in acutecerebral infarction.Methods 56 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,each of 28 cases,the control group were given antiplatelet drugs、statins conventional treatment,the observation groups were given in combination with dl-3-butylphthalide capsule therapy on the basis of the control group,The course of treatment was 15 days .Two groups of patients were observed the NIHSS value and Barthel index on the day of admission,and the NIHSS value and Barthel index after 15 days, and then the clinical effect was evaluatedwith statistical analysis.Results After 15 days treatment,the change of the NIHSS value and modifi ed Barthel index in the observation group was improved obviously as compared to the control group,the clinical effective rate was higher than that in the latter. There was a signifi cant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion dl-3-butylphthalide capsule of curative effect in acute cerebral infarction is remarkable. It is a new method of clinical treatment and can be applied in primary hospitals.%目的 观察脑梗死急性期应用丁苯酞软胶囊的临床疗效.方法 将56例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,各28例,对照组给予抗血小板、他汀等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察两组治疗后第15天的NIHSS值、Barthel指数及临床疗效评价.结果 观察组15d后NIHSS值、改良Barthel指数变化较对照组明显改善,临床总有效率较对照组高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,是临床治疗的新药,值得基层医院推广.
