扶济复外用联合中药熏洗治疗混合痔术后疗效临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effects of Fujifu combined with Chinese herbal fumigation on wound healing of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids patients. Methods The mixed hemorrhoid patients which met the inclusion criteria and got surgical treatment were divided into 3 groups at random:Group I receiving Chinese herbal fumigant treatment alone,Group II receiving Fujifu combined with Chinese herbal fumigation treatment and the Control Group. The pain,bleeding,edema,infiltration and granulation growth of anal wound were observed at 3,7 and 14 days after operation,and the healing time were recorded and the curative effect were evaluated. Results At 7 and 14 days after surgery,the wound bleeding, pain,edema and exudate in the Group I and Group II were better than those of the control group,P<0.05. The wound bleeding,pain,edema and exudate at postoperative 7 days in Group I were better than Group II,P<0.05. The granulation growth time and wound healing time in the group I and group II were better than the control group,P<0.05. The wound healing time in the group II was better than that in group I,P<0.05. The curative effect of the treatment group and group II was better than that of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusions The therapy of Fujifu combined with herbal fumigation can effectively relieve wound pain,bleeding,edema,exudation and other symptoms on postoperative mixed hemorrhoids patients. In addition,it can promote the growth of granulation tissue,shorten the healing time,and improve the curative effect,which is worth to be popularize.%目的：观察扶济复外用联合中药熏洗对混合痔术后创面愈合的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准并行手术治疗的患者随机分为3组：治疗Ⅰ组（单用中药熏洗组）、治疗Ⅱ组（扶济复外用联合中药熏洗组）和对照组。观察患者在术后第3、7、14天肛门创面的疼痛、出血、水肿、渗液、肉芽生长情况，同时观察创面愈合时间及疗效。结果治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组在术后第7天和术后第14天出血、疼痛、水肿、创面渗液情况均优于对照组（P<0.05）；术后第14天治疗Ⅱ组出血、疼痛、水肿、创面渗液均优于治疗Ⅰ组（P<0.05）；治疗Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肉芽生长时间和创面愈合时间均优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗Ⅱ组创面愈合时间优于治疗Ⅰ组（P<0.05）；治疗Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组愈合疗效均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论采用扶济复外用联合中药熏洗能有效缓解混合痔术后创面疼痛、出血、水肿、渗液等症状，促进肉芽组织生长，缩短愈合时间，提高疗效，值得临床推广。
