目的：分析甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的相关因素及临床特点。方法2010年1月至2015年10月甲状腺功能亢进（甲亢）患者216例，其中甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者102例，非甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者114例。通过病史采集和彩色多普勒超声诊断，对患者的临床表现和危险因素进行分析总结。结果甲亢性心脏病患者除了甲亢症状外，还可伴有常见的心脏病的临床表现，如心律失常、心脏扩大、心力衰竭等。危险因素依次为年龄越大、病程越长、FT4浓度越高和毒性弥漫性腺肿。结论甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病的临床特点是甲亢伴有常见心脏病的临床特点；危险因素主要为年龄、病程等。%Objective Analysis of hyperthyroid heart disease (hyperthyroidism heart) related factors and clinical characteristics. Methods Select treatment from January 2010 to October 2015 period in hospital outpatient or inpatient diagnosis of hyperthyroidism 216 patients, including heart disease,hyperthyroidism group of 102 patients,non-hyperthyroid heart disease group,94 cases patient. Through history taking and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,clinical manifestations and risk factors of patients were analyzed and summarized. Results In addition to symptoms of hyperthyroidism in patients with hyperthyroidism heart,but also with common clinical manifestations of heart disease,such as arrhythmia,heart enlargement,heart failure. Risk factors were older,the longer the duration,the higher the concentration of FT4 and gonadal toxicity diffuse swelling. Conclution The clinical features of hyperthyroidism heart disease is commonly associated with heart disease,hyperthyroidism clinical characteristics;the main risk factors as age,duration and so on.
