不同浓度玻璃酸钠眼液对白内障术后干眼临床疗效的观察

摘要

目的：对比观察不同浓度的玻璃酸钠眼液对白内障超声乳化术后干眼临床疗效。方法收集白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者58例58只眼，按就诊顺序随机分为A组和B组，每组各29例。两组分别使用0.1%玻璃酸钠眼液和0.3%玻璃酸钠眼液滴眼液治疗。观察患者3d、1周、4周的干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、角膜荧光素染色（FL）。结果用药后3d，l周两组干眼症状分、BUT、FL比较，B组优于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。4周时两组干眼症状分、BUT、FL比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>O.05）。结论玻璃酸钠眼液对于白内障超声乳化术后干眼有明显的临床疗效。早期0.3%玻璃酸钠眼液治疗效果优于0.1%玻璃酸钠眼液。后期两者效果无明显差异。%ObjectiveTo compare and observe the effects of different concentration of Hyaluronate(HA) eye drops on phacoemulsification postoperative dry eye.Methods58 patients(58 eyes)who complained about dry eye after phacoemulsification were randomly divided into group A and group B,n=29 cases. the A groups using a 0.1 % Hyaluronate eye drops and the B groups using 0.3 % Hyaluronate eye drops treatment. Patients were observed for 3 days,1 week,4 weeks dry eye symptom score,tear break up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL).ResultsThe dry eye symptom score,BUT and FL of the B group were better than A group(P<0.05)at 3 days,l week.The dry eye symptoms score,BUT, FL of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)at 4 weeks.ConclusionsThe hyaluronate eye drops for phacoemulsification postoperative dry eye has obvious curative effect. Early 0.3 % hyaluronate eye drops treatment effect is better than the 0.1 % hyaluronate eye drops. Later both of them.
