全程健康教育对脑卒中患者生活质量的探讨

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the whole health education to improve the quality of life in patients with cerebral stroke. Methods Will in 2013 January 2014 to April met the inclusion criteria were 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 50 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given the same health education intervention measures during hospitalization. The observation group took full health education method,namely after discharge from the hospital nursing staff still use followed up by telephone or outpatient follow-up,family follow up in patients with convalescence given health education and intervention measures,and discharged from the hospital after 1,3,6,12 months using NIHSS scale and banthel score weight measurement table,and control group(after discharge does not give any stage of health education and intervention measures) statistical comparative study.Results In the observation group, the daily life ability,limb motor function and psychological state of observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. Conclusion The whole course of health education for patients with stroke,the implementation of comprehensive physical exercise,mental health guidance,daily life ability,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.%目的:探讨全程健康教育对提高脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法将2013年1月至2014年4月符合纳入标准的病例100例随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例。两组患者在住院期间均给予相同的健康教育干预措施。观察组采取全程健康教育方法,即出院后护理人员仍采用电话随访或门诊随访、家庭随访等方式在患者的恢复期给予健康教育干预措施,并在出院后1、3、6、12个月使用NIHSS评分量表和Banthel评分量表进行测量,与对照组(出院后不给予任何阶段的健康教育干预措施)进行统计学对比研究。结果干预后观察组患者的日常生活能力、肢体运动功能、心理情绪状态较对照组有显著改善。结论对脑卒中患者进行全程的健康教育,实施综合的肢体功能锻炼、心理健康指导、日常生活能力的指导,可以显著提高患者的生活质量。
