OCT在激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔中的应用

             

摘要

目的:探讨光学相干断层扫描成像(OCT)在周边视网膜裂孔治疗中的应用。方法临床确诊的周边视网膜裂孔患者73例(84眼),均接受倍频532nm激光光凝治疗。治疗前应用OCT检查,分别根据裂孔直径大小、视网膜脱离高度、裂孔形态、玻璃体牵引情况分组,比较各组患者经激光治疗后裂孔闭合率并进行统计学分析。结果随访6~12个月(平均7.8个月),术前经OCT证实最大直径<3000μm、脱离高度<375μm且不伴随玻璃体牵引的圆形视网膜裂孔,行倍频532nm激光光凝有良好效果;而激光对视网膜最大直径≥3000μm、脱离高度≥375μm且伴随玻璃体牵引的马蹄形裂孔效果较差。结论 OCT检查有助于视网膜裂孔治疗方式选择及预测倍频532nm激光疗效。%Objective To investigate clinical application of optical coherence tomography(OCT)in the treatment of peripheral retinal hole. Methods Seventy three patients(84 eyes)diagnosed of peripheral retinal hole accepted double-frequency 532nm laser therapies. All the patients (eyes)were divided according to the size and shape of retinal hole and the elevation of local retinal detachment and existence of local vitreous retraction accompanying retinal holes.The situation of retinal hole were observed and statistically analyzed was made with SSPS17.0. Results After the follow up of 6-12 months. The effect of photocoagulation with 532nm frequency-doubled laser was better in patients with peripheral atrophic hole and with the retinal holes diameter< 3000μm and with the elevation of Shallow detachments< 375μm and without local vitreous traction.Conclusions OCT is very helpful in evaluating the clinical effect of photocoagulation in the management of peripheral retinal hole.
