Objective To explore the multi-target radiofrequency thermocoagulatlon combined with ozone injection and epidural block for the treatment of herniation ofcervical disc. Methods The spot between the Anterior Cervical tracheal sheath and the Carotid sheath was used for the puncture approach for the treating target udner the C arm X ray. Multi-target radiofrequency thermocoagulatlon combined with ozone injection and epidural block were applied. Results The VAS score improved significantly after the treatment, the excellent rate was 95.32%,total effective rate was 98.52%. No severe complications occurred, the clinical effects were satisfactory. Conclusions The multi-target radiofrequency thermocoagulatlon combined with ozone injection and epidural block are safe and effective for the treatment of herniation ofcervical disc, which provides another option for those patients who are reluctant to undergo open surgeries.%目的:观察射频热凝多靶点消融联合三氧、硬脊膜外神经阻滞治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及安全性。方法 C形臂X线机检测引导下采用颈前气管鞘和颈血管鞘之间穿刺入路至靶点,行射频、三氧(臭氧)、硬脊膜外阻滞联合治疗。结果治疗前后的VAS评分改善显著,优良率95.32%,总有效率98.52%。未出现严重并发症,临床治疗效果满意。结论射频热凝多靶点消融联合三氧、硬脊膜外神经阻滞治疗颈椎间盘突出症疗效确切,安全性好,为不愿接受开放手术的患者提供了一种治疗选择。
