开放式TEP治疗腹股沟疝96例的临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨开放式完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)在成人腹股沟疝治疗中的临床应用价值.方法 收集2015年1月至2016年6月完成的开放式TEP治疗成人腹股沟疝96例,采用开放式TEP治疗,现对本组患者的手术时间、术后并发症、住院时间及复发情况进行回顾性分析.结果 本组患者均治愈,双侧腹股沟疝手术时间45~71min,平均(55±9)min;单侧腹股沟疝手术时间30~40min,平均(32±3)min,无腹壁下血管、精索及腹内脏器损伤.术后8h均能下床活动.96例患者术后住院时间2~5d,平均(3.0±1.5)d.术后并发症7例,发生率7.29%(7/96).所有患者均门诊复查或电话随访6个月至1年,平均7.51个月,均无复发.结论 采用开放式TEP治疗成人腹股沟疝,具有操作简单有效、手术创伤小、恢复快、费用低等优点,适宜临床推广.%Objective To evaluate open totally extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy(TEP)for inguinal hernia in adult patients.Methods 96 patients with inguinal hernia who underwent open TEP were collected from January 2015 to June 2016 and the clinical data including the operation duration, postoperative complications,length of hospital stay and recurrence were analyzed.Results In the bilateral inguinal hernia,the operation duration was (55±9)minutes,while in the unilateral inguinal hernia,it took(32±3)minutes.The postoperative hospital stay was(3.0±1.5)days,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 7.29%(7/96). No recurrence occurred during the follow up of 6 months to 1 year.Conclusion Open TEP for adult inguinal hernia is proved to be effective,safe and convenient,and it has few postoperative complications. This procedure is worth being popularized in the clinical practice.
