全息推拿疗法联合回春复宫汤促进产后子宫复旧的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of holographic massage therapy combined with Huichun Fugong decoction on uterine involution after delivery.Methods Totally one hundred puerperas including fifty cases after caesarean section and fifty cases after vaginal delivery were randomized into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group with conventional therapy. Huichun Fugong decoction were given to the puerperas in the observation group from 6 hours after taking delivery for 7 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group was superior to the control groups in promoting the decline of uterine fundus,lowering uterine contraction pain score after 48 hours,reducing the quantity of bloody lochia in puerperas after vaginal delivery,shortening the time to lochia clean(P<0.05). Conclusion The Huichun Fugong decoction has remarkable therapeutic effect in accelerating uterine involution,relieving pain of uterine contraction, reducing the quantity of bloody lochia and shortening the time to lochia clean. The decoction is of great significance in preventing the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,late postpartum hemorrhage,uterine instauration and postpartum infection. It is good for postpartum recovery.%目的 观察全息推拿疗法联合回春复宫汤对产后子宫复旧的临床作用.方法 100例经阴道分娩的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例.对照组采用常规治疗.观察组从分娩后6h开始服用,连续服用7d回春复宫汤,于产后12h进行全息推拿疗法.对比两组子宫复旧情况.结果 观察组产后宫底高度下降更快,48h后子宫收缩疼痛评分低,阴道分娩的产妇产后恶露量明显减少,产后恶露结束时间短,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 全息推拿疗法联合回春复宫汤在促进产后子宫复旧、减轻子宫收缩疼痛、减少阴道流血量,缩短恶露时间等方面有良好的作用,可有效防治产后出血、晚期产后出血、子宫复旧不良、产后感染等,利于产妇恢复.
