Objective To explore the curative effect and precautions of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of solitary sphenoid sinus diseases. Methods Retrospective study of 38 patients who suffered with isolated sphenoid sinus diseases and treated by endoscopic sinus surgery were performed. Results All patients were followed up within 3-12 months postoperatively. 26 cases had headache relief among the 29 patients who suffered headache as the main symptom(89.7％). 3 patients felt vision improvement among the 5 patients who complained with vision impairment or diplopia(60％). 4 patients who complained of purulent or bloody rhinorrhea were all cured(100％). The total effective rate was 86.8％. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery should be the preferred treatment for isolated sphenoid sinus diseases. The fully expanded sphenoid sinus ostium and complete removal of lesions are the keys to improve the cure rate.%目的 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗孤立性蝶窦病变的疗效及注意事项,提高治愈率.方法 回顾性分析38例经鼻内镜手术治疗的孤立性蝶窦病变患者的临床资料.结果 术后随访3～12个月,以头痛为主诉的29例患者中26例头痛症状缓解(89.7％),以视力下降或复视为主诉的5例患者中3例自觉症状改善(60％);以脓血涕为主诉的4例患者症状均消失(100％);总有效率86.8％.结论 鼻内镜手术是治疗孤立性蝶窦病变的首选方法,蝶窦口的充分扩大和病变的彻底清除是提高治愈率的关键.
