前哨淋巴结活检在乳腺癌手术中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨前哨淋巴结活检在早期乳腺癌手术中的应用价值.方法 2013年3月至2015年3月施行手术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者60例,其中行乳房切除+前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)30例,行乳房切除+腋窝淋巴结清扫(ALND)30例.比较两组患者术后并发症(上肢水肿、腋窝皮下积液)、术后第2周、第3周上肢功能恢复例数.结果 SLNB组比ALND组腋窝皮下积液减少(P<0.05),术后第2周、第3周上肢功能恢复例数增多(P<0.05),上肢水肿例数减少(P<0.05).结论 前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)在早期乳腺癌手术治疗中,术后并发症明显减少,值得推广.%Objective To explore the use and value of the sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)in patients diagnosed with early stage breast cancer that underwent surgeries. Methods The data of 60 patients who received surgeries in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Baoji City were collected and statistically analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups,group one contained 30 patients received mastectomy and SLNB, another contained 30 patients received mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection(ALND). The clinical data of postoperative complications, including upper extremity edema and armpit subcutaneous exudate,the recovery of upper limb function were examined at the second and third week. Results The ratio of axillary subcutaneous exudate happened in group who received SLNB was lower than that of patients who received ALND (P<0.05). Patients of upper extremity edema received SLNB was lower than that of patients who received ALND(P<0.05). Patients received SLNB recovered better than those received ALND at the second and third week(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of SLNB improves the survival quality of patients with early-stage breast cancer receiving surgeries,reduces the incidence rate of postoperative complications.
