抗生素骨水泥治疗慢性骨髓炎临床治疗效果分析

摘要

目的 为合理选择抗生素与骨水泥治疗慢性骨髓炎提供参考.方法 根据慢性骨髓炎的病原学特点,临床药师有针对性的干预临床医师在骨水泥中合理添加抗生素,并对抗生素骨水泥使用的疗效、抗生素局部释放的安全性进行归纳和总结.结果 抗生素骨水泥广泛用于慢性骨髓炎的治疗,疗效显著.抗生素的释放与骨水泥的品种、制备、孔隙以及抗生素的种类、含量有关.结论 合理选择抗生素、骨水泥有利于慢性骨髓炎的治疗,但在临床使用中需关注其局部的细胞毒性、细菌耐药性及不良反应等问题.%Object To provide a reference for the rational choice of antibiotic cement for chronic osteomyelitis. Methods According to the etiology characteristics of chronic osteomyelitis,clinical pharmacists have targeted interventions for clinicians to add antibiotics reasonably in the bone cement,and summarized the efficacy of antibiotic cement and the safety of local release of antibiotics. Results And conclusion:Antibiotic cement was widely used in treatment of chronic osteomyelitis.The release of antibiotics was related to the variety,preparation,porosity,and the type and content of antibiotics. Conclusions Rational choice of antibiotics and bone cement is beneficial to the treatment of osteomyelitis,but the local cell toxicity,bacterial resistance and adverse reaction should be paid attention to clinical use.
