心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性胰腺炎病情观察及护理

摘要

目的 分析心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性胰腺炎的病情及护理.方法 收集并整理312例心脏瓣膜置换术患者的临床资料,分析8例术后并发急性胰腺炎患者的病情和护理干预情况.结果 通过术后全面评估患者全身状况,注意检测血尿淀粉酶变化,观察患者腹胀、腹痛、恶心、呕吐等症状,采取有效措施,及早发现急性胰腺炎,并进行积极的护理干预,8例心脏瓣膜置换术后并发急性胰腺炎患者均及时发现病情变化,并得以有效治疗护理后康复出院.结论 护理人员通过对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者病情观察,及早发现患者是否并发急性胰腺炎的症状,予以积极干预,采取相应措施,可促进患者早日康复.%Objective To summarize and analyze the observation and nursing of 8 acute pancreatitis patients.Methods The data of 312 patients with heart valve replacement of our hospital were analyzed and focused on discussing the observation and nursing of complication after heart valve replacement in 8 patients.Results The group of 8 patients were discharged from hospital upon recovery by early detection and effective treatment and nursing intervention with overall assessment of patients' condition, urinary and blood amylase changes were detected, the symptoms of abdominal distention were observed, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting after the heart valve replacement.Conclusion Nursing intervention and proper treatment can promote the recovery based on the condition observation after the heart valve replacement and the early detection of symptoms.
