记忆合金胸部护板治疗多根肋骨骨折疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨应用记忆合金胸部护板治疗多根肋骨骨折的治疗效果.方法 2007年4月至2015年7月多根肋骨骨折患者430例,随机分为2组.观察组230例,使用记忆合金胸部护板治疗;对照组200例,使用胸部弹性敷带固定.观察并比较两组疼痛指数,止痛药用量及肺部并发症发生率等.结果 观察组疼痛明显减轻,使用止痛药明显减少,肺部并发症明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 记忆合金胸部护板治疗多根肋骨骨折简单易行,能明显减轻疼痛,降低肺部并发症,具有较高的临床应用价值.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of memory alloy chest orthosis in the treatment of multiple ribs fracture.Methods 430 patients with multiple ribs fracture, from Apirl 2007 to July 2015, were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group (n=230) was treated with memory alloy chest orthosis, while the control group (n=200) was treated with the chest harness external fixation.The visual analogue pain score (VAS), the oral doses of painkillers and the incidence of pulmonary complications were measured statistically and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS, the oral doses of painkillers and the incidence of pulmonary complications in experimental group were significantly lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Memory alloy chest orthosis in the treatment of multiple ribs fracture can significantly relieve the pain and reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications.It is a effective, simple and easy method, which has the high value of clinical applications.
