目的 旨在了解本县中老年畲族妇女25(OH)D水平,建立本地区维生素D数据,对下一步本县预防和治疗骨质疏松提供参考.方法 用美国Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP全自动化学发光免疫分析仪及配套试剂盒检测景宁486例中老年畲族妇女维生素D水平.结果 景宁县中老年畲族妇女维生素D缺乏和不足普遍存在,维生素D缺乏占67.93%,维生素D不足占28.91%.结论 景宁县中老年畲族妇女维生素D缺乏和不足现象严重,需要药物或食物补充维生素D.%Objective To establish a data base for local minority and provide a reference for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by evaluating the 25(OH)vitamin D levels in She nationality older women. Methods 486 cases of older She healthy women were selected to this study,which aged 40 to 85(an average of 64 years of age). Vitamin D levels of them were checked using chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and ancillary kit(United States Siemens ADVIA Centaur XP). Results In older She Nationality women,prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was accounted for 67.93%,vitamin D insufficiency was accounted for 28.91%. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency are serious in Jingning She Nationality women,especially in older woman. It is very urgent to medicate or improve dietary for supplement of vitamin D in local minority.
