针刺配合侧卧位顶拉扳摇四步法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察针刺配合自创侧卧位顶、拉、扳、摇四步推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 腰椎间盘突出症患者95例,随机分为观察组50例和对照组45例,观察组采用针刺配合自创侧卧位顶、拉、扳、摇四步推拿手法,对照组采用针刺和常规推拿手法,7次为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)和临床疗效.结果 治疗后观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针刺配合自创侧卧位顶、拉、扳、摇四步推拿手法疗效确切,能有效改善患者疼痛症状并提高临床治疗有效率,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with four steps of prop-drag-pull-shake in lateral position on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 95 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomized into an observation group(50 cases)and a control group(45 cases). In the observation group,acupuncture combined with four steps of prop-drag-pull-shake was applied,while the acupuncture with traditional tuina manipulation was applied in control group. The treatment of 7 times made one session and 2 session were required. The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatments in each group.Results After treatments,the VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical efficacy of observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with self-created four steps of prop-drag-pull-shake in lateral position has definite clinical effect and good,and can effectively alleviate the pain of patients as well as improve the efficiency of clinical treatment. It is worth popularizing application in clinic.
