中药尿酸利仙颗粒治疗高尿酸血症随机对照临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on the treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods 78 cases of hyperuricemia patients were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the treatment group used herbal niaosuanlixian granule while the control group used placebo.Then,clinical observation were carried out with 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,indexes of serum uric acid,blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group decreased serum uric acid level after 4 weeks compared with before treatment P<0.05 and the control group after treatment P<0.05. The comparison of blood routine,liver function(ALT,AST) and renal function(creatinine,BUN)before and after treatment in two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).No serious adverse events occurred during the observation of the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine niaosuanlixian granule in the treatment of hyperuricemia is effective and safe.%目的 观察中药尿酸利仙颗粒治疗高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效.方法 选取78例高尿酸血症患者作为观察对象,使用随机数字法分为对照组及观察组,观察组应用中药尿酸利仙颗粒,对照组服用安慰剂,进行临床观察,4周为1个疗程,比较两组治疗前后血清尿酸、血常规、肝肾功能等指标.结果 观察组4周后血清尿酸水平降低,与治疗前比较,P<0.05;与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血常规、肝功能(ALT、AST)、肾功能(BUN、肌酐)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组观察期间均无严重不良事件发生.结论 中药尿酸利仙颗粒治疗高尿酸血症疗效确切,是安全有效的降尿酸组方.
