功能性电刺激对中风患者下肢运动及平衡功能影响

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of affected lower limb's movement and balance function after stroke by functional electrical stimulation(FES). Methods 152 patients with stroke were randomly assigned into the FES group and the control group. All patients were also treated with conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation training while the FES group combined with FES. All subjects'movement and balance function in the two groups were assessed by Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale(FMA)before and after therapy. Results It had no statistical difference between the FES group and the control group before therapy(P>0.05),but it exhibited statistically significant after 3 mouths(P<0.05). Conclusion The trial shows that FES is still useful in patients after stroke with conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation training for improving lower limb's movement and balance function. FES provides better recovery for patients with stroke to back home and to society.%目的 探讨功能性电刺激对中风患者患侧下肢运动及平衡功能的临床疗效.方法 选取脑卒中患者152例,采用抽签法随机分为两组,对照组在继续药物治疗同时均予以常规运动治疗及作业治疗;观察组在此基础上加用功能性电刺激治疗.分别于治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评测法,Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能(FMA)评测法对两组进行疗效评定.结果 两组治疗前Fugl-Meyer平衡功能评测及Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能(FMA)评测组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后两组评测组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于进入康复中期患者在常规药物加肢体运动基础上加用功能性电刺激能有效改善中风患者下肢运动及平衡功能,有利于患者早日康复.
