脑血管病患者DSA介入治疗的围手术期护理

摘要

目的：探讨脑血管病患者血管内介入诊断及治疗的围手术期的护理措施。方法回顾分析169例脑血管病患者DSA介入诊治的临床资料，总结其围手术期的护理措施。结果所有患者均成功进行DSA介入治疗，2例患者出现高灌注综合征，3例出现穿刺部位血肿，1例脑出血，1例脑梗死，经对症治疗及精心护理，均痊愈出院。结论加强脑血管病血管内介入诊治的围手术期护理，可有效减少手术并发症，提高手术成功率。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the nursing methods of patients with cerebrovascular disease treated by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).MethodsClinic datas of 169 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated by DSA were analysed retrospectively,and their nursing measures were summarized.ResultsAll patients were treated successful by DSA,2 cases occurred hyperperfusion sydrome,3 cases occurred hematoma in puncture position,1 case occurred cerebral hemorrhage and 1case occurred cerebral infarction. The patients with complications were all cured by elaborate treatment and nursing.ConclusionsEnhancing the perioprative nursing for patients with cerebrovascular disease treated by DSA can effectively reduce the complications and greatly raise the success ratio of operation.
