经皮椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘要

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of transforaminal diskectomy using TESSYS(transforaminal endoscopic surgery system)technique in patients with the lumbar disc herniation.MethodsFrom 2013 to 2014,37 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated in Department of Orthopedics our Hospital. The clinical data and results were analyzed.Results All patients were followed up from 10 to 20 months with an average of 13.1 months.Postoperative VAS scores and Oswestry scores,which showed significantly decreased compared with preoperative score, but JOA scores significant improvement ompared with preoperative score. According to the modified Macnab criteria,27 cases were excellent result, 6 good,3 fair,1 poor,indicated zhe satisfactory rate of 89.2%.Conclusion Transforaminal discetomy using TESSYS technique is an efficient technique for lumbar disc herniation,with prominent advantages of minimal incision,less postoperative pain,early immobilization and fast recovery. The master of endoscopic operating skills with strict selection of the indications are the keys to carry out the technology successfully.%目的：探讨经皮椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法2013年7月至2014年12月单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者37例采用经皮椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术行椎间盘髓核摘除术，观察其治疗效果。结果37例患者随访时间10~20个月，平均13.1个月。术后患者VAS和Oswestry评分明显降低，JOA评分明显升高，术后3个月临床疗效MacNab评定：优27例、良6例、可3例、差1例，优良率89.2%。结论经皮椎间孔镜下TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有微创、患者恢复快，近期疗效确切等优点，熟练的内镜操作技巧及掌握适应证是早期开展该技术成功的关键。
