中药益气补血法治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿引流术后颅内积气疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine supplementing qi and enriching blood in treating intracranial pneumatosis after drainage of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods168 patients with intracranial pneumatosis after the drainage of subdural hematoma were divided into2 groups. In the control group,75 cases were treated with routine treatment,and93 in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine supplementing qi and enriching blood method on the basis of the control group,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results1 weeks after extubation,the observation group of intracranial pneumatosis completely absorbed in70 cases,the cure rate was75.3%. The control group was completely absorbed in42 cases,the cure rate was56%. Difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=6.94,P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Buxue Zuo qi activating blood circulation therapy is beneficial to the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with chronic subdural hematoma.%目的 探讨中药益气补血法治疗慢性硬脑膜下血肿引流术后颅内积气的疗效.方法 慢性硬脑膜下血肿引流术后颅内积气患者168例,分为2组.对照组75例予常规治疗;观察组93例在对照组基础上加用中药益气补血法治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 拔管1周后,观察组积气完全吸收70例,治愈率75.3%;对照组完全吸收42例,治愈率56%.两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.94,P<0.05).结论 采用益气补血佐行气活血法治疗,有益于慢性硬脑膜下血肿患者的康复和预后.
